Museo User Service Terms

These User Services Terms are a global Universal Service Agreement that governs the rights and obligations of Users to use all of the Museo Music Player services. By downloading, installing, and using this App, Users indicate that they have read, understood, and agree to unconditionally comply with all of the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the contents of these Terms, please immediately uninstall the App and stop all usage.

1. Service Overview

1.1 Service Content

Museo provides global users with standardized music tool services such as audio playback, local track management, custom song lists, sound effects tuning, offline caching, background playback, and more, continuously optimizing product performance and user experience.

1.2 Service Changes

Operators reserve the right to add, adjust, optimize, or terminate certain functional services at any time, without needing to separately notify users in advance, and only complete the notification through in-app disclosure, adapting to product iteration and compliance requirements.

2. User eligibility

2.1 Qualification Requirements

Users are required to assume full behavioral responsibility during the use of this product under the supervision and consent of a guardian as a natural person with full civil behavior ability.

2.2 Qualification Restrictions

Users who use this product are prohibited by law in any region from accessing and using this App Service, and all legal consequences arising from their unauthorized use are at their own risk.

3. User Behavior Code

3.1 Compliance Use Principles

Users are required to comply with the Global General Internet Rules and the laws and regulations of their locality. This product can only be used for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, and abusive use of the service is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Spread of Forbidden Behaviors

Users are prohibited from tampering with applications, hacking functionality, inserting malicious programs, using this product to disseminate infringing, obscene, and illegal content, and using it for commercial gain and unlawful dissemination.

4. Intellectual Property Statement

4.1 Product Intellectual Property Rights

Museo‘s interface design, program code, functional architecture, brand identity, and all other intellectual property rights are owned by the operator and are protected by international intellectual property law.

4.2 User Content Rights

User-created personal content such as song lists and custom notes are copyrighted by the user, and the user authorizes the application to use the relevant content only for service functions.

5. Audio Content Usage Rules

5.1 Content Responsibility Attribution

This application provides only playback management tools and does not proactively provide copyrighted audio resources. Users are responsible for all copyright and compliance for uploading and importing audio files themselves.

5.2 Mechanism for handling copyright infringement

If a user uploads content that is suspected of violating a third party‘s intellectual property rights, the operator has the right to restrict the use of the relevant content after verification, and reserves the right to terminate the infringing user service rights.

6. Service availability and limitations

6.1 Description of Service Stability

The operator is committed to ensuring stable operation of the service, but does not promise that the service will always be faultless, and does not assume liability for compensation for service interruptions caused by system maintenance, network fluctuations, and equipment compatibility issues.

6.2 Terms of Service Termination

The operator has the right to suspend or terminate all service rights of that user at any time when there is unauthorized use, malicious attacks, infringement of rights, theft, etc.

7. User Data and Privacy Agreement

7.1 Data Use Guidelines

The collection, storage and use of user data strictly follows the “Museo Privacy Policy” published in the Synchronization Notice to protect user personal privacy and data security.

7.2 User Autonomy

Users can self-manage data such as personal song lists, local caches, and personalization settings. They can clear data, reset settings, and take control of personal usage information at any time.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 Disclaimer from third-party risks

Operators will not take any responsibility for issues such as user device failure, third-party network services, third-party audio resources resulting from playback anomalies, content loss, etc.

8.2 Indirect Loss Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator assumes no liability for any compensation for indirect losses, loss of revenue resulting from the user‘s use of this product.

9. Updates and Effectiveness of the Terms

9.1 Rights to Amend the Terms

Operators have the right to amend these User Terms at any time in accordance with product upgrades and international compliance standards, and the amendments will be made public via official pages or in-app notices.

9.2 Continuous Use Is Approval

After the terms update is announced, users continue to use the Museo service, which is considered to automatically accept the full content of the updated terms.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Methods
